What it's actually like
Your locker holds what you're aging and the bottle you're working through. The staff know both. That's the practical half.
The other half is harder to put a price on: you walk in, someone says your name, and the chair you like is empty because Dell saw the reservation and moved a table. Nobody asks what you're having. Nobody asks if it's your first time. You are, simply, a regular — and there is no faster way to make a city feel like yours.
We hold tastings six or seven nights a year, usually with a maker in the room and thirty seats. Members hear first, and they've sold out first every time since 2021.
