Your Florida annual report, filed for you
Every Florida LLC must file an annual report between January 1 and May 1, every year, even if nothing about the business changed. I file yours on Sunbiz and pay the state's fee, and you get the confirmation.
$199
$138.75 of that is the Division of Corporations' filing fee, paid to the
state on your behalf. One price, nothing added at the end.
How it works
- Tell me your name and your company name below. That is all I need for now.
- In January, when the state opens the window, I email you to confirm your details and take payment.
- I file the report, pay the $138.75 fee, and forward you the state's confirmation for your records.
Why January and not April. The report is due by 11:59pm Eastern on May 1. After
that Florida adds a mandatory $400 late fee on top of the $138.75 filing fee — $538
in total — and for LLCs it cannot be waived. Filing in January puts four months between you and
that deadline.
